How a deck plays
One deck, in numbers
Who picks the card
The block does. When the tenth card is taken, the contract hashes the previous block's hash, the block's randomness and the ten holders, and takes that number modulo ten. That slot is the drawn card. It happens inside the same transaction as the tenth card, so nobody — not the house, not the last taker — gets a second look. No redraws.
